Features
The lining plate of the ball mill mainly serves to protect the inner wall of the anchor windlass. Making the lining plate of the ball mill in different shapes can improve the grinding effect of the ball mill and increase its working efficiency.
1. Flat ball mill liner, with a smooth surface, suitable for installation in fine grinding chambers.
2. Bar type ball mill liner plate, suitable for coarse grinding bin and low speed ball mill.
3. Ladder type ball mill lining plate, which is superior to the pressure strip lining plate, is suitable for installation in the coarse grinding bin.
4. The small corrugated lining plate has small wave peaks and pitch, suitable for fine grinding bins and coal mills.
5. The end cover liner is installed on the end cover of the grinding head or cylinder to protect the end cover from wear and tear.
6. The circular groove liner plate is cast with arc-shaped grooves on the T-working surface of the liner plate, which forms a circular groove after installation. It is suitable for the first and second chambers of multi chamber grinding, and can be used for both dry and wet mills.
7. The ideal state for ball mill grinding operation with graded lining plates is to use large-diameter grinding bodies to impact and crush large particle materials, that is, to match large-diameter grinding bodies in the feed direction of the mill. As the material gradually decreases towards the discharge direction, the grinding bodies should also decrease sequentially.
