Working principle

The main working mode of the drum granulator is the wet granulation of aggregates. Through a certain amount of water or steam, the basic fertilizer is humidified in the cylinder after a full chemical reaction. Under certain liquid phase conditions, with the help of the rotating movement of the cylinder, the extrusion pressure is generated between the material particles and the agglomeration into balls.
