The intermittent ball mill is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device, driven along the outer gear, two bins, grid type energy-saving ball mill, the material from the feeding device through the feeding hollow shaft spiral evenly into the first bin of the mill, the bin has a stepped lining plate or corrugated lining plate, inside the steel ball of different specifications, the cylinder rotation produces centrifugal force to bring the steel ball to a certain height and then fall, resulting in heavy impact and grinding effect on the material. After the material is coarse ground in the first bin, it enters the second bin through the single compartment plate, which is inlaid with a flat lining plate and has a steel ball, further grinding the material, and the powder is discharged through the discharge grate plate to complete the grinding operation.
Intermittent ball mill is a kind of small non-continuous production ball mill. It is characterized by simple structure, convenient operation, less auxiliary equipment, high fineness products can be obtained at one time, and dry grinding can also be wet grinding.
