Working Principle

It adopts the principle of vertical shaft impact crushing. There are two feeding methods: “complete center feeding” and “center feeding with waterfall feeding”. Under normal circumstances, the full center feed is mainly “rock on iron” and is generally used for sand making. The center feed with waterfall feed is a combination of “stone on iron” and “stone on stone” and is generally used for shaping. The working principle of complete center feeding “stone striking iron”: The material enters the central rotor of the crusher through the feeding hopper. The high-speed rotating rotor ejects the material. The ejected material hits the impact guard and rebounds. When it falls, it hits the center rotor. The ejected materials impact and are broken by multiple collisions and frictions in the crushing cavity. The crushed materials leave the crushing cavity under the action of gravity and enter the discharge hopper of the lower casing for discharge.
